Justice Leadership Days

Thank you to all the students and teachers that participated in Justice Leadership Days in 2020 and made them such a great success. We are looking forward to meeting more future social justice leaders in 2021!


Early each year Caritas facilitates whole-day workshops around the country for secondary students responsible for raising awareness of justice and peace issues among their peers. 

The theme of the Justice Leadership Days in 2021 is 'Being a just leader' and challenges us all to be leaders for justice to hear their voices and respond using our own. Find out where our events in 2021 are below: 

Hamilton Diocese: Thursday 18th February at Gerry Sullivan Centre, Marian School, Hamilton.

Christchurch Diocese: Wednesday 24th February at Holy Trinity Church, 108 Jeffreys Road, Bryndwr, Christchurch.

Auckland Diocese: Monday 8th March & Tuesday 9th March at St Columba Centre, Ponsonby.

Dunedin Diocese: Wednesday 17th March at South Dunedin Parish, Dunedin.

Palmerston North Diocese: Thursday 25th March at Diocesan Centre, Palmerston North.

Wellington Diocese: Wednesday 31st March at Knox Presbyterian Church, Lower Hutt.
